After being hit by a deer for the first time in my thirty years of driving, I took my Forester to The Accident Repair Center simply because it was across the street from where I worked and had good reviews. I made a plan with Customer Service … More Advisor, Aimee, and thought I was set to go. And then the plan changed when I realized I had to go to Buffalo the next day for work. I went back to Aimee and asked if we could change the plan so I could drop the car off early. Aimee said no problem. However, the new plan meant that the car rental facility wasn't open in time to deliver a car when I needed it. Aimee said she'd drive me to Enterprise which would be opening right when I dropped my car off. I explained that I didn't expect her to do that, but Aimee said that was the plan, already going above and beyond. The next day, she dropped me off and I was soon on my way to visit a client in the hospital. All the way through this process, Aimee delivered excellent customer service. I'd sort of given up on the hope of any kind of customer service, but Aimee restored my faith! That excellence was also apparent all the way through the repair process. I'd receive regular updates through text about where the technicians were at in the repair process, which allowed me to plan out my work week and weekends. The professionals fixing my car got it done just before my insurance rental expired. WOO HOO! Aimee made wrapping up the process as easy as she made the beginning, and I was back in my car, which was the most satisfying feeling! I had to have the tailgate on my pick up painted. They did a wonderful job! The paint matched perfect and they even fixed a few minor scratches for free. I would highly recommend their services! Thanks!
